Architect Project Manager

Job Description

To reinforce our Build Team, we are looking for a project Manager with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project management of fitting-out works of offices
  • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
  • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
  • Coordination of the works of contractors – respect of the deadlines
  • Making site visits to check on progress and writing of meetings minutes
  • Making sure that the project is running within the agreed budget and time frame
  • Dealing with problems that might come up during the works
  • Establishment and follow up of the purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Check and approval of the invoices of the subcontractors and suppliers
